Great with any of our freshly smoked fish.
- 320g ahia freshly smoked fish
- 200g freshly shelled peas
- 100g cherry tomatoes, halved
- half a capsicum, finely sliced
- half a red onion, finely sliced
- 100g rocket
- 10 gourmet potatoes, pre-cooked and chopped
- 12 black olives
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl, gently toss.
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake wellto combine.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, gently toss again.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
