- 400g ahia freshly smoked blue moki
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 2 tsp cream
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- cracked pepper
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until combined, but not smooth.
- Serve on crostini, in a cucumber cup, or as a dip.
